Face the enemy (ex. your character is on left side of the screen) press RIGHT, DOWN, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT and press O (circle). It will activate the RASENGAN skill.. but wait... hold down the O (circle) botton to charge up the RASENGAN skill to max then release it. Its very effective to use while your enemy is very far straight from you. You will enjoy this skill when you are using Naruto .. Jiraiya also have this skill.

This code is the same as for Kakashi's RAIKIN. Try this code also for TenTen it will release a numerous amount of shurikens around her. Try it....enjoy the game..."
